Little Heroes in the Making: Daisy Troop 1877 Visits the East Williston Fire Department πŸš’πŸ”₯

By Thomas J Devaney, EMT-CC, Assistant Chief, East Williston Fire Department

Daisy Troop 1877 had an exciting day as they visited the East Williston Fire Department, learning all about fire safety from the dedicated volunteer firefighters.

The young Daisies listened attentively as firefighters shared life-saving safety tips, demonstrated firefighting gear, and even let them explore the fire trucks up close! From learning how to "Stop, Drop, and Roll" to understanding the importance of smoke detectors, the troop left feeling both inspired and empowered.

A huge thank you to the volunteers at the East Williston Fire Department for making safety fun and educational for our future community leaders!
