Scouting Success: Troop 201's Pancake Breakfast Brings Community Together
On Sunday, March 24th, the scouts of Troop 201 hosted their annual pancake breakfast fundraiser at the Albertson firehouse. The turnout from our community was fantastic, and the boys worked diligently to set up all the tables, prepare delicious pancakes and sausages, and sell baked goods. Additionally, Troop 201 organized raffles, with many prizes and gift baskets awarded to lucky winners. The funds raised from this event contribute to Troop 201's annual high adventure trips.
Troop 201 embarks on thrilling excursions such as Seabase, a Florida island expedition teeming with fishing and snorkeling adventures in the Florida Keys. They also venture to Northern Tier in Minnesota for exhilarating dog sledding experiences in the winter, and to Summit in West Virginia for thrilling white water rafting and ziplining adventures.
The Troop 201 pancake breakfast also provides a wonderful opportunity to reconnect with old friends and forge new connections within our community.
