Winter Fun
By Macen Lordi

There I was at the top of the gigantic, steep hill. I was excited to feel the negative cold wind and snow flying  into my face. With every bump I felt like I was going to fly off the sled. The snowflakes were falling on my head like a shower of snowflakes.

Other sledders were doing jumps while I flew down the hill wearing my snow pants, jacket and helmet with my goggles. Snowboarders where grinding rails and sledders were flying off their sled. The snow chipped up and the wind made people fly and they screamed with excitement.

All of my clothing protected me from the cold snow. My boots had special grips in order to walk in the snow with no issues. I reached the bottom of the hill, but I was no longer on the sled. I was tumbling down the hill ! I looked up at my sled and it  was stuck in the lower part of the hill. I was laying there in the snow. I decided to make a snow angel before I went back up the hill to get my sled. It was a crazy day of sledding!
