Scouts Troop 201 Saddle Up for Horsemanship Adventure at Parkview Riding Center

Troop 201 from Herricks embarked on an exciting adventure to the Parkview Riding Center in Central Islip, where they delved into the world of horsemanship to earn their Scout Horsemanship Merit Badges.

Led by dedicated instructors, the boys immersed themselves in hands-on learning, discovering the anatomy of horses, mastering the art of saddling up, and pitching in to maintain the stables.

The highlight of the day?

Taking to the saddle for an exhilarating horseback ride, creating cherished memories and forging new bonds along the way.
